The Bear Inn is jn the Town Centre of historic Bridgnorth and is at the end of the High Street in Northgate.

Our large garden backs on to a 200 space car park for which you may be charged £2.00.

The Accommodation which has been awarded 3 stars by Shropshire Tourism is situated on the first floor.

Each room has a flat screen TV with a built in DVD player an electric heater or central heating.

In your room you will also have 3 towels toiletries and bottled water.

Room 1 has a double bed and a single bed.

It has an en-suite bathroom with an integral shower.

Room 2 has a double bed and an en-suite shower room.

Room 4 is a large room with a double bed.

It has a large private bathroom with a bath and integral shower.

You will be providied with bathrobes in Room 4.Room 6 is a double room with an en-suite which has lovely views of St.

Leonard's Church and the roof tops.

All rooms have tea and coffee facilities either in the room or in the guest kitchenette.

The kitchenette for Rooms 1 and 2 has a fridge for which we will provide fresh milk.

It also has a kettle and a microwave.There is an ironing and ironing board available upon request.Bridgnorth Town consists of the High Town and the Low Town and there is loads to see and do.

From the Bear walk a few steps and you will arrive at the Northgate Museum.

After spending some time here carry on into the High Street and you cannot miss the Town Hall - this is defintiely worth a visit.

Carry on and you will soon arrive at the Cliff Railway which will take you down to Low Town.

It is worth walking either on the way down or up depending on your level of fitness as the Cartway should not be missed! Once in the Low Town have a walk along the river banks and then when you head back up to High Town take a walk around the Castle Walk.

The views are amazing!At the Bear there is a large garden with 3 separate areas: The main seating area which has several tables and chairs.

There is a large parasol for those that do not like to sit in the sun and also a large gazebo under which we have several wrought iron tables and chairs.

This area leads on to the safe enclosed play area in which there is a play house a play unit with a slide a swing and a baby swing.

There are also garden toys and a sand table.

Through the gate and you are in another area of the garden with a table tennis table table football and mini basketball.

We also have an area in which our chickens and ducks live.

We currently have 7 rare breed hens.

They lay blue green buff and white eggs.

Two of them are now surrogate mums to our two Indian Runner ducks - Halo and Pumpkin.

Our recent additions are beautiful white Aylesbury Ducks and another Indian Runner Duck.
